Your documents and logos

When you upload a document, RepLogo uses it only to find and replace the logo you choose.

Your document and both logos are deleted as soon as processing finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. The updated document is deleted shortly after you download it. Anything that isn't downloaded is deleted automatically, normally within an hour.

While RepLogo lists the images in your document, the file is kept only for the duration of that request and then deleted.

Anonymous usage counts

To understand how far people get in the process, RepLogo stores a random visit ID in your browser tab (session storage) and records the furthest step you reached, such as "uploaded a document" or "downloaded". It doesn't record your name, email, IP address or file contents, and the ID is forgotten when you close the tab.

Feedback

If you choose to send feedback after a download, RepLogo stores your rating and message. Don't include personal details you don't want stored.

Services RepLogo uses

RepLogo runs on Render (hosting and database) and stores files temporarily on Amazon Web Services S3 in Frankfurt, Germany. Traffic passes through Cloudflare. These providers may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the Product Hunt badge is loaded from Product Hunt, so those services receive your browser's request when you open the site.

What RepLogo doesn't do

RepLogo doesn't sell your data, show ads, use advertising trackers, or look at your documents for any purpose other than replacing the logo.
