Using RepLogo

RepLogo is a free tool for replacing logos in PDF, Word and PowerPoint documents. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your files and rights

Only upload documents and logos you have the right to use and change. You keep all rights to your files. RepLogo uses them only to produce your updated document and deletes them as described in the privacy policy.

Check the result

RepLogo replaces the images that match the logo you pick. It can miss copies that were cropped or recolored, or occasionally replace a very similar image. Always review the updated document before you use or send it.

No warranty

RepLogo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, RepLogo isn't liable for any loss that results from using it, including lost or incorrect files. Keep a copy of your original documents.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, for example by uploading malicious files, trying to access other people's documents, or sending automated traffic that disrupts it.
